The Cagliari Municipality (Sardinia, IT) assigned to the JV with BETA Studio S.r.l. (leader), HMR Ambiente S.r.l., Dr. Fadda and eng. Nordio, the definitive and final design service, and safety coordination, including any Environmental Impact Assessment, of the “Infrastructural works for the protection from exceptional events and extraordinary maintenance of the urban drainage network in the Pirri territory – Flood retention basin”. The main purpose of the intervention is to identify the best possible design solution to limit the raising of the water level in the Terramaini Canal in flood conditions and the contributing hydraulic networks such as Rio Saliu, Stagno Bellarosa Minore, the sewer network of Pirri, all located in the territory of the Municipality of Cagliari.
