The project’s main objective is to sustainably improve the living and health conditions of the populations of the Ypacaraí lake basin through the recovery and conservation of water and environmental resources. The Plan takes into account the health and environmental problems of the lake and proposes a program of development and measures in the short, medium and long term, with a 30-year horizon, which allows the recovery of the ecological status of the lake and the development of economic and recreational activities in the basin while preserving its ecosystems.
