On November 22, 2019, was held in Asunción, Paraguay the kick-off meeting of the Pilcomayo River Basin Master Plan. Representatives of the BID were present as well as the Delegations of the 3 countries involved (Argentina, Bolivia and Paraguay), the Executive Directorate of the Pilcomayo Trinational Commission, the representatives of the Spanish Cooperation who finance the project and the representatives of the winner Consortium, leaded by BETA Studio.
The meeting offered the opportunity to exchange work ideas with the main stakeholders of the project by presenting the initial Report and the guidelines that will be applied during the 18 months of the project duration.
